Product Description
The HE9145 is an 8-channel configurable high and low-side pre-driver chip. It can be used for high-side, low-side, Peak-Hold, and full-bridge load control and is compatible with 12V and 24V automotive systems. The chip uses an ELQFP-64 package.

Compatible with 3.3V/5V logic I/O

VDD supply voltage range 4.5V~5.5V
Except for the GND pin, other pins can withstand at least 40V
