Low-power functional safety automotive MCU
ASIL-B functional safety, efficient motor control and rich connectivity, meeting the stringent requirements of automotive systems
The IM90xxA is a high-performance automotive-grade MCU based on the Cortex-M0+ core. It is optimized for the technical needs of automotive actuator and sensor control to meet the requirements of enhanced information security, rich connectivity, and functional safety. This product integrates a HAU hardware acceleration unit for three-phase brushless motors, supporting multiplication and division, trigonometric functions, and square root operations, greatly shortening the running time of the motor FOC algorithm and improving motor control efficiency. At the same time, it has been greatly optimized in terms of power consumption, with operating current and sleep current of only 12mA and 10uA respectively, only 50% of similar products, to meet the stringent energy consumption requirements of new energy vehicles.
